These terms govern your use of the FlashLion website. By using the site you agree to them. They do not form the contract for any consultancy engagement, which is governed by a separate written agreement.

This website is operated by Feltan Associates Pte Ltd (UEN 202225620G) under the FlashLion brand, with registered office at 1 Raffles Place, #03-21 One Raffles Place Mall, Singapore 048616.
2. Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in any way that disrupts the site or other users. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site - including text, imagery, logos, the FlashLion name and mark, design and code - is owned by or licensed to Feltan Associates Pte Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
4. No professional advice
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute marketing, legal, financial or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Any illustrative results, sample work or indicative prices shown are for guidance only and are not a guarantee of outcome or a binding quote.
5. Engagements
Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a contract. Any engagement begins only on a separately signed proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, fees and terms of the work.
